WorldLink Launches Next-Generation Digital Corridor Connecting Europe, the Middle East, and Asia

Abu Dhabi, UAE – February 17, 2026 – WorldLink is launching a next-generation, high-capacity digital corridor combining subsea and terrestrial infrastructure to connect Europe to the Middle East and onward to Asia, creating a new backbone for global internet traffic.
Designed specifically for hyperscalers, international carriers, and AI applications - the project addresses growing congestion and fragmentation across existing east-west routes.
WorldLink introduces a first-of-its-kind global digital corridor redefining how data moves between Europe and the Middle East. It is the only fully redundant, privately owned, carrier-neutral transit infrastructure built specifically for hyperscalers, global carriers, and the accelerating demands of AI-driven workloads. The integrated subsea and terrestrial system is capable of delivering more than 900 Tbps capacity, while providing the fastest Europe–Middle East latency in the region, consistently below 100 milliseconds.
"AI infrastructure readiness is a necessity as we witness its adoption worldwide. Connectivity is a vital, non-negotiable layer. WorldLink is designed to deliver the fastest and most reliable connectivity in the region serving these needs,” said Nayef Bin Hamrour AlAmeri, Chairman of Breeze Investments.
This is not an upgrade to existing networks—it is a structural reset of the east-west internet backbone. Engineered as a transit-first system, WorldLink eliminates legacy bottlenecks and fragmented handoffs by offering a single, end-to-end, high-capacity network under unified operational control, delivering predictable latency, enhanced resilience, and long-term scalability.
By establishing a direct, high-capacity link between Western and Eastern digital markets, WorldLink addresses the structural capacity constraints threatening the exponential growth of the global digital economy. The corridor positions the region as a core global connectivity hub, enabling sovereign data transit, improved route diversity, and business-critical continuity for multinational enterprises.
